Managing a development pipeline of assets spanning around 15 new schemes per year, our dedicated and professional in-house team are specialists in sourcing strategic development opportunities and delivering high-level construction programs. The Development Management function of the business oversees the contractual administration, time schedules and quality of our build processes, whilst working closely with a range of specialist partners, from architects and structural engineers to major lenders, property agents and other professionals.
With the Group retaining a significant proportion of the assets that it develops, our experienced in-house Operations Team manage our wide range of schemes post-completion. By creating innovative developments with assured longevity, we ensure that operational excellence is maintained across all our healthcare, supported living, student and PRS facilities.
Our Healthcare executive board has a proven track record of successfully developing, maintaining and managing operations across a multitude of schemes within the Health Care sector. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative, personalised nursing and specialist dementia care with an emphasis on improving the wellbeing of each and every one of our residents.
